Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you the personal data we hold or to erase it. If you are in the EU/UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA), these are legal rights — but we honour the same requests for everyone.

Your rights

  • Access — get a copy of the personal data associated with your account.
  • Deletion — have your personal data erased ("right to be forgotten").
  • Correction — fix inaccurate account information.

How to make a request

    Fastest: delete in-app. For full erasure, use Account → Privacy → Delete account.

    Or email us. Email support@mynaughty.ai from your account address, stating the request.

    We verify and action it. We confirm your identity and complete the request within the timeframe the law requires (typically within 30 days).

What we may keep

We may retain a minimal record where the law requires it (for example, proof of a transaction for tax purposes). Everything else is erased.
