How to cancel your Naughty AI subscription

You can cancel any time. Cancelling stops all future charges, and you keep full access to Premium until the end of your current billing period — nothing is cut off early.

Cancel in three steps

   Open your account. Sign in and open Account from the top-right menu.

   Go to Billing. Select the Billing tab to see your current plan and renewal date.

   Cancel subscription. Tap Cancel subscription and confirm. You will not be charged again.

What happens after you cancel

• Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Auto-renew is switched off, so there are no future charges.
• Your account, chats and created characters are kept — cancelling only stops billing, it does not delete anything.
• You can resubscribe at any time and pick up where you left off.

Subscribed through Apple or Google?

If you started your plan inside an App Store or Google Play purchase, that store manages the billing — cancel from your Apple or Google subscriptions screen, not here. Most accounts are billed directly on the website and cancel with the steps above.

Refunds

The current period is not pro-rated, but you keep access until it ends. If you were charged in error or just after cancelling, see our refund policy or contact support and we will make it right.
