How to change your account email

Changing your email keeps everything else exactly as it is — your chats, created characters and subscription all stay with your account.

Update your email

Open Settings. Sign in and open Account → Settings.

Edit your email. Tap the email field, enter the new address, and save.

Verify the new address. Open the verification email we send and confirm. Your login email is now updated.

Signed in with Google?

If you use "Continue with Google", your login is tied to that Google account. To switch, contact support and we will help you move your data.
